Getting Started is Easy
We need just three simple pieces of information:
- Most recent payroll register report (employee position, hours worked and paid wages for the period)
- Revenue performance information for that same period (rooms sold, rooms available, rooms revenue, F&B revenues if applicable)
- Some basic information about your hotel including targets and goals for Housekeeping (e.g., MPR)
