Our Realtime Hotel Labor AnalyzerSM is automatically populated with all of the time clock data for every hotel that uses our system. This can happen at the end of the day or realtime within the day. Below is list of a few example sections:

Position Plan Variance — Lists each position with your actual hours for the day compared to your plan or daily standards. With the Week to Date view, you can see any overstaffing develop in realtime.

OT Risk Alerts — Calculates the base hours and any projected overtime within the week. This gives your managers an actionable to proactively manage overtime before it occurs.

Housekeeping Attendant MPR Details — Provides Housekeeping leadership an ability to view individual attendants with Minutes per Room (MPR) actual compared to the team goals for each day within the week.
