Opportunity Description:
Our customers are hotels, and we perform back office services for them such as payroll and accounting. This position requires a fast learner with the following:

  • proven customer service skills with ability to resolve issues
  • solid analytical problem solving skills
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • comfortable with computer systems and basic technology in general
  • An energetic personality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class service to our hotel clients
  • Able to help create and document new procedures
  • Run financial processes for our hotel clients (e.g. payroll and accounting)

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hospitality and/or customer service experience with proven ability to interact with hotel management and resolve problems
  • Guest Service or Front Office management experience is a big a plus
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Start-up experience such as a background in new hotel openings is highly desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Must be self-starter and who can work independently in a fast paced environment and is adaptable to change

Working Environment:
Normal Office Conditions and Hours


Compensation:
$30,000-$36,000 annually commensurate with experience
