Our Hotel Labor AnalyzerSM is automatically populated for every hotel. For each dashboard section, you can view an individual department, an individual hotel or your entire portfolio. Below is list of a few example sections:
Payroll Summary — Lists paid wages, hours and average wage with comparisons to year to date and by department.
Overtime Summary — Displays all overtime paid by department, gives what portion of the total paid hours were overtime, and estimates the cost and impact to average wage.
Housekeeping Details — Provides Housekeeping leadership an ability to view individual attendants with rooms cleaned totals and productivity metrics like Minutes per Room (MPR) and Rooms per Shift (RPS).
