Mike Martin — Co-Founder
Mike spent quite a number of years at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in a variety of senior executive leadership roles including operations, marketing, and technology. He was perhaps best known for serving as Senior Vice President of Reservations & Guest Relations during a time of many innovations and changes and where he led the team of nearly 3000 and managed operations in fifteen different countries. Prior to leaving IHG, Mike was recognized by the IHG Franchise Owners Association with its Distinguished Service Award for his years of service to the IHG franchise community and commitment to making IHG hotels more profitable.
Taylor Beauchamp — Co-Founder
Taylor is passionate about hotels. He began working in hotels at the age of 16 and graduated from the Cornell Hotel School at the age of 20. Taylor spent two years with RealTime Hotel Reports, an Ithaca, NY based start-up that was later acquired by Smith Travel Research. Taylor then joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) for a number of years where he managed a global team of advanced analysts and led the creation of a number of different management dashboards for both front line and executive management. Before leaving IHG, Taylor managed the resource planning and scheduling globally for the greater than 2000 strong reservation agent team around the world where he gained a solid understanding of the dynamics of managing schedules and labor cost in a high volume service business.
